AMD has several areas to which you can contribute financially. Read the descriptions of Places To Give and decide how you would like to direct your donation. When completing the printed Donation Form or the Electronic Designation Form you will indicate your decision on how your gift should be used.

Giving by Mail

Use this method for one-time or recurring donations.
Please print the Donation Form to specify how you want your gift used. When donating by check, make payable to AMD and include in the envelope along with the completed Donation Form and mail to:

This option provides a simple, secure way to make a one time credit card transfer online. AMD is a non-profit religious 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization registered with the IRS. AMD has exclusive control of the use of all contributions and is not bound by the designations.
